Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Mars Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of dietary supplements, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Since supplements are consumable goods, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following specific conditions:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If the product seal is broken or the container is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong Product Received: If the item delivered does not match your order (e.g., wrong flavor, size, or product).
  • Expired Product: If the product delivered has already passed its expiry date.
Note: We cannot accept returns for products where the internal seal has been opened or tampered with due to hygiene and health safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return?

To be eligible for a return/replacement, you must notify us within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the package.

  • You must provide your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • An Unboxing Video is highly recommended to expedite the process and avoid any disputes.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (UPI, Cards, or Net Banking).
  • Timeline: It usually takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 6-12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After Dispatch: Once handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled. If refused, a two-way shipping fee may be deducted.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds if:

  • The product has been opened or the seal is broken.
  • Change of mind (e.g., "I don't like the taste").
  • Improper storage after delivery (e.g., kept in humid/hot environment).
